BPC Celebrates Employee of the Year: Jake Eccles

We’re excited to announce Jake Eccles as BPC’s Employee of the Year!

Jake has been with us for 8 years, starting as a packer and working his way up to Warehouse Supervisor. He’s a local lad and a devoted father to two young children, Sully (3) and Winter (4). Jake’s dedication to his family and his role at BPC is truly commendable.

Jake earned this honour for his outstanding performance throughout 2024. Our Managing Director, Gareth Simister, said, “Jake’s attitude has been fantastic this year. He’s always looking for ways to improve himself and his team, which has resulted in his department making significant strides.”

We’re proud to have Jake on our team and look forward to many more years of his valuable contributions.
