Employee of the Year 2025: Milan
We’re excited to announce Milan as BPC’s Employee of the Year!
Milan has been part of the industry since 2011, bringing over 15 years of experience and expertise to his role. He spent 10 years in the press tool industry before moving into product development, where he’s excelled for the past 5 years.
Outside of work, Milan is married and a proud father to his 18-month-old son, Madhav.
When asked what makes BPC special, Milan said:
