An aluminium starter track trim for EWI systems which is used to perform a starting point just above the damp course to provide a sturdy and protective encasement for insulation boards. It is easily installed (with the addition of our fixings, spacers and joining pieces) and is highly durable. The width of the starter track should match the thickness of insulation board requirements. External use only. Fix at 300mm centres.

Aluminium base profiles are increasingly used for external rendering and ETICS, especially in exposed conditions. They offer a strong, cost-effective alternative to stainless steel with greater rigidity than PVC-u, and install like standard beads. Made from high-quality hard aluminium alloy, often coated for durability, in mill or powder-coated finishes. The perforated design provides excellent key and drainage, and they cut easily with tin snips.
Packed in shrink foil. Store in a dry roofed place. Transport in the horizontal position to prevent base profile or other object damage. Please dispose or recycle in accordance with waste management regulations.
